The Business Protection Program is composed of two separate policies and purchases. CGL and Property policies are separate from Director's and Officers and are separate applications.

PROPERTY wordings are for the damage or loss of physical property.

CGL (Commercial General Liability) wordings are for bodily injury and property damage to a 3rd Party caused by the Named Insured's negligence as a result of the operations for which they are insured.

D&O, Directors and Officers insurance helps cover the defense costs, settlements and judgements arising out of lawsuits and wrongful act allegations brought against a non profit organization.
